Cost and quality
I have been buying and eating BelVita breakfast biscuits for well over two years. Lately, I have found a lot of the biscuits broken into pieces.
The box is rather flimsy; therefore, they don't take much movement when the grocery stores are stocking shelves. More importantly, the cost has gone up rapidly. I used to buy a box of biscuits for much less than now. Over the past 6 months, they have gone from 2 packages for $6 to 2 packages for $8; now it is up to 2 packages for $9.
That cost is entirely out of line for the amount of product you get.
I will not buy any more BelVita breakfast biscuits. There are a lot of other options out there that are just as good or better.

Biscuits broken
I purchased my belVita from Sam's Club. They are in a heavy-duty box, so I thought.
So far, in the 1st box I have opened, all the individual packages are broken into pieces. I realize they are only about $12.00 a box, but it's very irritating to eat these little pieces.

A while ago you changed the formula and they crumbled to pieces before you could eat them. Thank goodness you changed them back but now there is hardly any blueberry flavor!

Too much sugar
I thought Belvita cookies were fairly "healthy" until I noticed each pkg of 4 small cookies contains 230 calories and 11g of added sugar. Looked online and I see the company was sued for misrepresenting the product's healthiness.
They opted to simply remove the misleading language in advertising and as labeled on the product. Why not simply reduce the amount of sugar and actually make it a healthier product? American food corporations are hard to figure.
Same thing involving high sodium content. Not necessary to make the product taste good.
User's recommendation: Instead of buying expensive, non-healthy cookies such as these, bake your own.

Hate the changed recipe of Bel Vita Cinnamon Sugar biscuits
Flavor and texture have changed dramatically for the worse. Also no warning or notice.
Will no longer buy these and they used to be an everyday favorite. Awful now.

I am autistic, I'm very picky with this kind of stiff but OH MY GOD. I love belvitas so goddam much.
They are my life source, the soft choc chip is so damn tasty. I could live off them, they don't even make me feel sick like most foods but oml, this has acc helped me sm as sm1 with autism, anxiety and ARFID.

I always feel embarrassed when I invite my friends to taste this type of biscuit. In my opinion, finding a protective packaging method, as well as reducing the price compared to other similar types of biscuits, would be beneficial.

No response from Belvita customer service.
The package I opened today had one broken cracker, but the broken piece was not inside the package, which I have never encountered before. This suggests that this package was sealed and inserted in the box with the cracker already broken before packaging, and it was packaged as usual.
This is a quality control problem for your company that I feel obligated to bring to your attention. If this happened to me, it likely happened to other customers who buy these breakfast crackers. I offer you this information to be helpful to your company's quality control processes, such that this kind of thing doesn't occur in the future, which could cause a loss of confidence in your products from your customers.

So good.
I had the Belvita Cinnamon Brown Sugar sandwich cookies with vanilla crème. Very tasty.
Sometimes the cookie/biscuit sandwiches actually put too much filling, glad to find out it wasn't the case at all.
Cookies weren't stale, the vanilla crème was NOT overly sweet. I was so surprised when I had tasted this product.

we like the product, we have to keep buying it unless we keep getting more unsealed packages inside the box..... a few questions back we did not have a choice for a good answer or specify.... we had to answer not resolved
need to have better quality control... unsealed packages might get tainted , for sure they will get flat and stale by the time we try to eat them...
unfortunally we cannot see into the box to see that they are not sealed for freshness... how can we be sure we are getting fresh when we buy them,., with out opening the box and taking them out one by one
